Description

What's healthy?

Bananas: potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus

Nut milk: vitamins, calcium, and good fats

Almond butter: potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, and vitamin E

Vanilla extract: antioxidants and antibacterial properties

Cacao powder: antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and calcium

Ingredients
  • 1-1 1/2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 3/4 to 1 cup unsweetened nut milk or coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add any cold ingredients to the bottom of a high speed blender.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the top and make sure the liquid covers all the ingredients.  Then blend until smooth.
