Description

Seriously to die for—these are amazing! The process is so simple you'll wonder how something so easy can taste so good-—maybe even better than your typical chocolate chip cookie!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark, dairy-free chocolate chipes
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Hand mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Then combine the dry ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and combine. Then mix in the chocolate chips. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 25 minutes or 15 minutes in the freezer. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper while you wait.
  3. Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to make about 1½ inch dollops. These cookies will spread out while baking so space about 2 inches or more in between.
  4. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown. Cool for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
