Description

How would you like some delicious non-dairy whipped cream?  This one is easy and a healthier alternative!

Ingredients
  • 1 can full fat coconut mink (12-14.5 oz can)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Refrigerate a can of full fat coconut milk overnight.

  2. Add only the solidified coconut milk to a chilled bowl. This will help this treat stay fluffy longer.

  3. Add the honey and vanilla extract. With an electric hand mixer or a free-standing electric mixer, blend on high for about a minute until it gets thick. Enjoy on top of your favorite fruit or sweets.

    Store in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
