What's healthy?

Cucumber: vitamin C and K, potassium, magnesium and manganese, antioxidants, fiber, promotes hydration (95% water), and anti-inflammatory

Spinach: calcium, contains vitamin K, A, C, B6, B9, and iron, potassium, and magnesium

Mint: vitamins K, A, and C, antioxidants, helps digestion, and anti-inflammatory

Ginger: antioxidant, aids in digestion, combats dizziness and nausea

Lime: vitamin C, folate, and potassium

Coconut milk: vitamins B, C, and E, iron, calcium, selenium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, and phosphorus

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, frozen & diced
  • 1 ripe kiwi (skin on OK)
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger, fresh grated
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup water, chilled
Instructions
  1. Place the frozen cucumbers at the bottom of the blender first.

  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and the water on top. Make sure the water covers the ingredients and blend!
