Ingredients
  • 3 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3-4 sprigs of mint leaves
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Muddle about 4 or 5 large mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.
  2. Add 4 or 5 slices of cucumber and half of the lime juice to each glass, then fill the rest with sparkling water. If you want a little sweetness, add a ½-1 tsp of maple syrup to each glass and stir.
