Dress up your eggs with guac or salsa and sprouts!
In a medium bowl, combine the mashed avocado with the garlic and lime juice. Add salt and pepper and mix until it has a smooth consistency.
Heat a skillet to medium and add the fat and the eggs (two per person). For faster cooked eggs, break the yolk after adding it to the pan (see photo). Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
Now dress the top of your eggs the way you like them!
