Good morning sunshine! Nothing is better than getting those dark greens into your day early with a banana and berries. This smoothie gives you the energy to get through your morning with a spring in your step!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup berries, any kind (I like to use frozen, organic berries)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 cup dark leafy greenss
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk or full fat coconut milk (or enough to cover ingredients in blender)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (Optional but has protein)
  • 2 tsp cacao powder (Optional)
  • 2 tsp moringa root powder (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter, but not peanut butter)
Instructions
  1. Add the blueberries in the bottom of your high-speed blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and the almond milk or coconut milk last. 

  2. Be sure the ingredients are fully covered with the milk of your choice. Blend it up!
