In a large cast iron skillet on medium heat, add the ghee and then the ground beef. Sauté while stirring and breaking up the beef.
When almost completely browned, add the onion, mushrooms and garlic on medium-low heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft.
Add the allspice with salt and pepper to your liking an stir.
Sprinkle in the arrowroot and add the coconut milk. Stir to combine.
Bring to a light boil and then reduce and simmer for about 3 minutes.
