Bone broth contains powerful nutrients including collagen, gelatin, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. 

Note: If you're feeling under the weather, this is a powerful pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup organic bone broth
  • pinch garlic salt
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch dried parsley
  • optional: pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Instead of making your own bone broth from scratch, it's a time saver to buy organic broth. Add the ingredients in a pot on the stove.  Or in a mug, pop it in the microwave.

  2. Warm it up and stir. Add a dash of dried parsley and a pinch of garlic salt to the top.
