Description

The coconut oil consists of MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) oil. MCTs go straight to your liver, where they can be used as an instant energy source. Butter from grass-fed cows have omega-3's!

Ingredients
  • coffee grounds for 1 mug
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • optional: 1 tbsp nut milk of choice (or any not-dairy milk)
  • optional: natural sweetener of choice: coconut sugar, xylitol, etc.
Instructions
  1. Brew coffee using your preferred method. In a large mug, add the butter and coconut oil and then add the brewed coffee. Just stir. 

  2. You can make it frothy by using a hand held immersion blender if you wish.
