Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and then add the vanilla and honey. Mix until totally incorporated.

  2. Drop generous spoonfuls (about 2 inches) of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes. Watch closely and don't let them burn - they should be a slight golden color.

    Remove from the oven and cool completely.
