Smokin’ Salmon Cucumber Bites

Description

These healthy bites are great for parties! Easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup paleo mayonnaise (avocado oil or olive oil based)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried and a a few more to garnish)
  • salt and pepper to tast
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumber and set aside. Make the Lemon dollop sauce. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

  2.  Top with a fork full of salmon and another small dollop of the sauce. Place a sprig of dill or pinch dried dill on top for the finishing touch.It looks so fancy and a cinch to make! You can try this on gluten-free crackers too!
