Amazingly delicious! You can make this in no time and insanely quick and easy. Bell peppers are rich in vitamin C, plus vitamin A, potassium, manganese, and copper. Cabbage is high in fiber and rich in iron and sulfur.
In a small bowl whisk the Sweet & Spicy Sauce together and set aside.

Take the core out of the cabbage and carefully pull the leaves off one by one until you have 4 large leaves that will hold the pork mixture. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooking oil. Then add the pork and stir until it's no longer pink. Add the garlic and ginger and stir until fragrant. Add the peppers. Continue stirring for about 2 more minutes. Stir in the sauce and heat for one more minute on low. Scoop into your cabbage bowls and enjoy!
