Tahini Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water (plus one tablespoon)
  • juice from one lemon (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed or finely minced (or one medium garlic clove)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper (each)
Instructions
  1. Simply whisk all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and drizzle on your favorite salad. 

  2. This dressing can go with just about anything! Store extra in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
