Description

Try blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries. They are super foods! Brightly colored fruits and veggies provide large amounts of nutrients, especially antioxidants. 

Berries are some of the most vibrantly colored fruits available! These little bursts of goodness keep your mind sharp thanks to the anthocyanins. These are the big daddy in the antioxidant world.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup berries, frozen (any type)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-1.5 cup almond butter
Instructions
  1. Frozen berries are best. Place at the bottom of a high speed blender, then add the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Pour the almond milk in to cover the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
