You'll be amazed how good this tastes! Apples are full of nutrients; they're great sources of vitamins C, B2 and B6, manganese, phosphorus, and potassium. Ginger has a long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. It's been an aid for digestion and nausea and also helps fight the common cold and flu. This amazing root is a great source of antioxidants too.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup sweet apple
  • 3-4 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or chilled water ((pour in enough to cover))
Instructions
  1. Place the frozen blueberries in a high speed blender.  Then add the rest of the ingredients.  Add the liquid last and blend away.  Enjoy!
