When you can visualize positive possibilities for the future, you should be able to feel a sense of not only optimism but excitement. What would it be like to be symptom free? Close your eyes and see yourself in the future totally healthy, happy, and engaged in things you might be dreaming about. It’s more than possible!

RETHINKING DIET & NUTRITION

Our food industry is very mindful of marketing the foods that we buy. Most of us (I was one of them) have been mislead into thinking some foods are healthy while others are not. For the most part, we are not taught in school what good and honest nutrition looks like and what our bodies need to thrive. I had to take a deep dive into this myself after I was diagnosed.

DISCOVER SELF CARE & OTHER MODALITIES

I learned about other ways to heal and to stay on the path to wellness. Some of these things include grounding, breathing exercises, stress, mental health, avoiding toxins, having healthy relationships, and so on. We need to look at the way we are living as a whole what our day to day looks like and discover what things may be out of balance.
