No Guilt Gluten-Free Biscuits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with butter or coconut oil.

Combine the ingredients into a medium bowl. In another medium bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine.

When the dough forms, add some cassava flour to a dry and clean surface. Use your hands to form a ball and then flatten to about ¾" thick. Use a 3" round cookie cutter or drinking glass to cut out the biscuits.

Place the biscuits at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool before devouring!
