14 oz can coconut cream
4-5 ripe peaches
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¹⁄₄ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

If you're using an ice cream maker, you may need to place the ice cream container in the freezer about an hour beforehand—follow the directions.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Pour into an ice cream maker.
My ice cream maker churns for about 25 minutes to reach the consistency I like. Freeze leftovers and cover. I love this one straight of the ice cream maker. It's rich and creamy!
