Description

Tasty and highly nutritious. Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F

    Slice the carrots and place to a large bowl with ghee or butter. Mix and add salt and pepper to taste and your favorite herb.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes. If you like them more tender so a toothpick goes through, cook for 5 minutes or so.
