Description

Salmon is so yummy on salads! You can buy smoked salmon at your local grocery store. Salmon tastes so good when it's combined with the right ingredients. Eating salmon is a great way to get in your omega-3s!

  1. Chop the lettuce and place in medium serving bowl. Layer the celery and green onions on top. Add the cooked salmon.

  2. Drizzle the dressing on top. Sprinkle with pepitas and fresh cracked pepper.

  • Ā½ cup paleo mayonnaise
  • Ā½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • Ā½ tsp onion powder
  • Ā½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or dill (Ā½ tbsp fresh & minced)
  • salt and pepper to taste
