Description

Amazingly delicious and healthy! Acorn squash contains antioxidants like vitamin C that help strengthen bones and blood vessels. It also has vitamin A, which helps improve the health of your lungs, heart and other vital organs.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Ā°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the squash into strips. Lay out the slices so they are not touching each other.

  3. In a small bowl, meltĀ  butter or ghee andĀ  mix with maple syrup maple syrup. Use a baking brush or spoon to slather each side of the squash. Then bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  4. Let cool. Many people don't care to eat the skins but you can if you want. They're packed with fiber and antioxidants.
