Some people don’t think it’s possible but I am living proof as well as many, many others. You have much more power than you may think!

You need to WANT to heal. Your desire to get well has to replace your complacency or current comfort level.
- YOU have to put in the work.
I will show you the way with the steps, the processes, and information, however, the habit changes are up to you. These new healthy habits will be integrated into your daily routine.

If you follow the protocol, have a positive mind-set, and make changes you can!
Everyone is different, but if you follow the program you should see some positive changes in about 6 weeks or less.
The foods I’ll have you add to your diet are delicious. Your meal times should be joyous!
Exercise can be minimal and you can start slow—Just stretching or walking short distances is a great start. You don’t need to join a gym.
Frequently Asked Questions . . .
It depends on YOU and what stage you’re in. If you’re taking action steps right away and you stick to the plan, you could see some of your symptoms start disappearing in as little as 4 weeks. If you use a wheelchair often, you could be walking without a cane within 6 months.
Everyone is different, however, it’s important to know that if you are strict on your diet and are making serious lifestyle changes with action, then you will see positive changes more quickly. You’ll learn about different diet plans and lifestyle changes in the program. The food is delicious and you’ll never go hungry!
I’m excited to tell you that this healthy way of eating should have formed a “habit” for you by the end of the three month program. If you want to continue living a long, healthy life, you’ll embrace this new, delicious, and nutrient-rich diet! You’ll get so many tasty recipes that you’ll want to continue this new way of eating to help your body thrive for years to come. We are all individual bio individuals. This is why I’ll have you take a hair mineral analysis to send in so that you know what your particular body needs. This is the ONLY item that you will be paying extra for (should be less than $100). From the beginning, I’ll make sure you’re taking vitamin D and Omega 3 (If you eat a lot of fish you may not need to supplement with Omega-3).
Vitamin D is essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth, while boosting immune function and destroying invading organisms. Many people who get diagnosed with MS are deficient in this vitamin.
Omega-3 fatty acids are a group of three important types of fat: ALA, DHA, and EPA. Getting enough of each type supports your brain, eyes, and heart. You must get omega-3s from your diet, as your body cannot make them. The main omega-3s present in fish oil are (EPA) and (DHA), which impacts brain function and has beneficial effects on inflammatory diseases. Fish oil is an excellent source of these fatty acids
Cholesterol is a type of fat that is part of all animal cells. It is an essential part of a healthy diet providing energy, helping the body absorb vitamins, protecting organs, supporting cell growth, helping support blood pressure, and making food taste better too. It also helps regulate cholesterol levels. The “good” (HDL) and the “bad” (LDL), in the right balance, are both essential for your body to operate properly.
Anything made with wheat flour is a carb you’ll want to avoid like bread, pasta, and some grains (see above). Flour also turns into “sugar” in our digestive system. Too many bread products cause weight gain and a lack of needed vitamins and minerals with most people. The best carbs come from foods like vegetables (especially sweet potatoes and yams), fruit, most nuts (no peanuts), seeds, and dark chocolate.
