Tantalizing Turkey Thai Bowl
Description
A little spicy, a little salty, a little sweet, and a lot delicious. This simple dish is robust in flavors. Turkey contains B vitamins, protein, and omega 3 & 6. Cucumbers are great for hydration, balancing blood sugar, bone health, and aids in digestion.

Combine the Thai sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Add the turkey to a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and break up the larger chunks until it's cooked through. Add in the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

Turn off the heat and add the Thai sauce. Stir to combine.

Add ½ cup of turkey mixture to each individual serving bowl, along with the carrots, cucumber, and dark greens. Sprinkle the green onion and sesame seeds on top.

2 tsp chili paste or Sriracha
2 tbsp water
2 tsp honey
juice from half a lime
½ tbsp sesame oil
